Widsten Property Management was founded by Lindsay Widsten in 1992. Experienced in all aspects of property management and real estate, Lindsay has been a prominent REALTOR® and property manager in Nanaimo and the Central Vancouver Island region for decades. Inspired by their father’s passion and dedication to the property management industry, his sons Steve & Chris Widsten later joined the firm as partners in the operation.

Today, the Widsten family consists of four licensed property managers, two unlicensed rental assistants, four accounting personnel, and an administrative assistant. As members of A.G Kemp & Associates Inc. and LandlordBC, with Lindsay serving as a director for many years, our team is equipped with the latest information and advice in the field, ensuring property owners receive the highest level of management services for their properties.
