Steve Widsten
Partner/Managing Broker
Steve has been in the family business since 2005 and is the managing broker as well as director of rental management services.
Chris Widsten
Partner/Strata Property Manager
Chris has been working in the family business since 2007 and is the director of strata management services.
Lindsay Widsten
Lindsay has been in the real estate/property management business since 1978. Lindsay has recently retired but remains licensed and is still available to help out the rental & strata teams when needed.
Tara Sokoloski
Senior Rental Property Manager
Tara has been in the property management industry since 2005 and works alongside Steve to manage the rental portfolio.

Unlicensed Strata Assistant
Deb has been in the real estate industry since 2005 and works alongside the strata property management team.
Jessica Widsten
Accounting Assistant
Jessica has been part of the Widsten team since 2007 and handles all the rental financials and accounting for the rental properties we manage

Penny has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She handles all of the main financials for Widsten

Rosie has been with Widsten since 2018 and works alongside the rental property management team.
Sady McClinton
Licensed Assistant Strata Manager
Sady is a licensed Strata manager and works alongside the strata property management team. Sady comes from a provincial government background and brings her expertise of communications to our strata team.
Holly McQuinn
Head of Maintenance Department
Holly handles our maintenance department for our rental properties & strata's. She also comes from a background in strata management and has been a licensed strata manager for the past 6 years.
Christine Comartin-Diett
Administrative Assistant
Christine is our front desk administrative assistant who handles all of our day-to-day inquiries, phone calls and general office procedures. She is the friendly face you see when you come in our front door. She comes from a prior background in administration with the school board bringing her years of expertise to our property management office.
